After considering several technology options, Zühlke implemented Microsoft Visual Studio Team System—an application life cycle management solution. The Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server provides Zühlke developers with a central repository for all project data. It includes records of simultaneous check-outs, bug tracking, as well as branching and merging of codes developed by individual team members. The Team Foundation Build Server helps software engineers compile applications, run associated unit tests, perform code analysis, and publish development reports. Each night, it synchronises the work of multiple developers and reveals any breaks that recent check-ins have introduced.
